Exercises for lose face fat
Facial exercises can help tone facial muscles. Try these:
1. Cheek Puff Exercise:
Puff your cheeks with air, then transfer the air from one cheek to the other. Repeat.
2. Fish Face Exercise:
Suck in your cheeks, then try to smile. Hold for a few seconds and repeat.
3. Chin Lifts:
Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Pucker your lips as if you're kissing the ceiling.
4. Jaw Release:
Move your jaw as if you're chewing with your mouth closed. Feel the stretch in your cheeks and jaw.
